We feature certified personal trainers and fitness enthusiasts who have been in the industry for years, averaging over 9 years collectively, with our most senior team member having over 20 years as a personal trainer. They hold bachelor’s or master’s degrees in kinesiology and other sports science fields and have worked with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to semi-pro athletes - many are past collegiate sports athletes themselves. The FTMKE team’s holistic approach to fitness combines exercise, nutrition, and mental well-being to create a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.
